Powerful Negotiations

The "Powerful Negotiations" workshop is designed to show how skilled negotiating is a cornerstone element in building strong, lasting, and profitable business relationships. The characteristics of an effective negotiator will be demonstrated and participants will be shown how to plan, manage, and adjust their styles for positive outcomes. This is a highly interactive workshop with short exercises that demonstrate effective communication, how to bargain, interpret facial expressions and body language, and how to avoid the most common mistakes made by negotiators. Participants will practice negotiating in a safe and experimental environment, and will build their skills and confidence using the techniques learned. By the end of the programme participants will be able to:
