Managing Change for Success

The "Managing Change for Success" workshop supports businesses looking to accentuate the full benefits of structural change within a group, a division, or their entire organisation. By analysing the impact change has on employees, the cycle of emotions they experience, and how change is perceived by clients, vendors and competitors, it is possible to curtail and eliminate most factors that make business changes ineffective.

From planning the change, to measuring the successful deployment, participants will learn how to adapt to the specific steps that occur during a change programme - and will draw on real-life events to support the learning and understanding.

Participants will be able to exchange past experiences of change, and learn new ways of implementing change for future success. Aimed at business owners, owner-managers and senior staff - but also available for individual teams undergoing change or leading the change programme.

By the end of the programme participants will be able to:

  • Identify the emotions and behaviours during change;
  • Adapt to the specific steps that occur during a change programme;
  • Use proven tools and techniques to achieve early buy-in from colleagues/stakeholders;
  • Measure success in effective change through implementation of specific milestones; and
